Tee Shirts 03-07

Started in 2003, M&V was an unambitious project to produce simple typographic printed tees to give to friends and sell to design stores. The strict premise for all design was/ is to use lists of 3 single words which together create an identifiable but informed shortlist. Produced twice a year, the label has now picked up a cult following, retailing in prestigious stores such as Colette, Paris; Edifice, Japan & Penelope, Italy. Encouragingly, no legal action has ever been taken against us though Juergen Teller did demand a quantity of the ‘Photographers’ series.
